tagged..

i'll admit, this is my first time being tagged and i'm rather exctied about it! i was tagged by my soon to be sister in law amy from Life As I Know It. and she also taught me how to add a link like i just did to connect you to her blog. i'm getting pretty fancy at this blog thing if i do say so myself. so here we go!

eleven randoms.

1. i am freakishly fast at typing. its weirdly comforting and thereputic for me to sit and type. love it.

2. i hate breakfast foods unless it's something fattening like mcdonald's breakfast burritos. they are seriously the best thing ever invented.

3. i get restless legs so bad at night, especially when bryce and i are cuddling. it drives him nuts. and me too. i think i need a pill for it or something.

4. sometimes when i see old men or old people in general i cry. my sister is the same way. we're just tender-hearted i suppose.

5. i have the deepest desire to ride an elephant or to go on an african safari of some kind.

6. i am probably the most organized and detail oriented person you'll meet. it's not always a good thing. for instance if bryce is driving my car and goes to park it against the curb in front of my house i get the worst anxiety that he isn't parking close enough or that the steering wheel isn't straight. i am a freak i know but it's just how i am.

7. i love when people wear hats. boys especially. bryce in a backwards hat..probably the hottest thing. weird or normal? who knows.

8. my brother ian is one of my favorite humans in this world. we have such a connection that no one else understands or sees like we do. every day we sing "i am like a star shining brightly..etc" that primary song. he tries so hard to sing all the words and actually does a great job. i love him.

9. i have a slighty obsession with buying purses. most people can have the same purse for years at a time. not me. i would buy a new purse every month if i had the money. i switch out my purse at least once every two months or so.

10. just like amy said, i always have to have my toe nails painted. always! i hate having naked toes i think it's so ugly. i love painting my finger nails too but the second they start to chip i have to take them off immediately. 

11. 11:11 is the only time of day i find it appropriate to make a wish. it's the perfect time.

AMY ASKED...

1. if you had to change your name, what would you change it to and why?

i honestly have never thought about this...probably just something that i wouldn't have to spell for everyone. no one ever spells my name right, but i love my name :)

2. if you only had 24 hours to live, how would you spend your time?

might be cheesy but i would spend it with those i love most. i would definitely have some sexy time with my husband and just hang out with my family and friends. maybe listen to the book of mormon in the background and pray lots. :)

3. what is your all time favorite ride at disneyland?

dumbo. hands down. i went with my family christmas of 2009 right about bryce left on his mission. i made my mom stand for one hour in the dumbo line with me so i could ride for 54 seconds around in a circle. but i loved every second.

4. what color is your toothbrush?

currently my toothbrush is purple. but i think it's about time to switch it out. also might i add it's electric! pretty legit.

5. what is the hardest thing you have ever done?

the hardest thing i've done is something i didn't do. sitting with my sister after her baby boy coen passed away as just a tiny 1 lb. 4 oz. little guy. not knowing what to say or how to feel except hurt for her and her husband. probably the hardest thing as of late.

6. if your life at this moment was a movie, what song would be playing in the background?

james taylor "your smiling face". it's one of me and bryce's songs and i've had it in my head for two days. i can't wait to marry him :)

7. what is your guilty pleasure?

hmmm i have so many haha probably as i said earlier mcdonald's breakfast burritos. or mcdonald's $1 double cheeseburger. it's a wonder i'm not 300 pounds really.

8. what makes you the happiest?

what makes me the happiest is when people around me are happy. bryce. my family. my second family. i love when things are just good and happy and stress free. knowing i get to be with all of them forever is the happiest news ever. plan of salvation folks. love it.

9. do you believe in love at first sight and/or soul mates?

this is tough. because i met my man when we were so young it's hard to say if it was love at first sight. i also don't really believe in soul mates. not to say i don't believe that bryce is my soul mate because i know i'm meant to be with him for all eternity. but i have seen many times that if you are doing what's right you can be happy with a man that is also doing what's right. aka...my bff amy :) 

10. what is your beverage of choice?

raspberry lemonade probs. i'm not a huge soda person but i also love diet coke.

11. what is the one thing you could not live without (a tangible object).

honestly probably my phone. i would have no one's numbers memorized, i wouldn't be able to play hanging with friends, or catch up on facebook news. pretty sad, but true.

I'm convinced that no one ever looks at my blog so until i know people follow me i'm not going to ask questions or tag people. perhaps on my next tagging adventure i shall. this was fun. loves :)
